As a Project Management (PM) professional and an experienced trainer I equip you with insights and practical steps so you feel in control and ready for anything.
My approach to your change needs are rooted in the years I spent in initially as an NCO in the British Army’s elite Airborne Forces, then as a PM for the UK government’s intelligence services – I don’t get rattled easily, conflict management is second nature, and I thnk I’ve seen just about every project derail there is!
